Despite a refurbishment in 2015, where most rooms were expanded and redesigned, Room 221 has retained its authentic charm, preserving Bawa’s vision and essence. Step inside, and you are immediately greeted by an ambiance that resonates with Bawa’s artistic style. From the wood carvings, statues, and plants, each detail reflects the elements that Bawa cherished in his homes, whether in the city or the countryside.
